LETTER MINISTRY

The most beautiful piece of our ministry is our hand-written notes.

Personal notes written by women who have suffered through miscarriage or stillbirth, women who "get it," and women who want to extend the same grace, compassion, and kindness they received in their darkest hours with those who are overwhelmed with their own sorrow as they mourn the loss of their babies.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts and encourages us in every trouble so that we will be able to comfort and encourage those who are in any kind of trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
II Corinthians 1:3-4

As soon as we hear of a hurting woman, we PRAY!
Then, our team sends a note to the grieving mother once a month for six months.
Finally, we send a note on the one-year anniversary.
This is always a difficult day for the mother ... and we want her to know she is being thought of and prayed for, and that her baby, her precious child, is not forgotten.

If you would like to receive these notes or know of a friend who would be encouraged through this ministry, please send the following information to this address: seekshisheart@gmail.com.
Your name
Your address
The date of your loss
And any details you are willing/able to share with us.
As common as miscarriage is, very few talk about it. But grieving mothers need to talk about their children. And we count it an honor - to listen. ❤

This is my absolute favorite part of what we do. The personal touch. In a day of commuting through e-mail and texting, there are few things as delightful as receiving a hand-written note in the mail. Especially a note filled with prayers, Scripture, and the sincere words of a woman who knows your pain and wants to put a little sparkle in your day.

A man has joy in an apt answer, And how delightful is a timely word! Proverbs 15:23
